Filming a crypto conference in Dubai with over 2,000 attendees and 80+ speakers presented a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The challenge was to capture the energy of the event while ensuring clear, high-quality footage of key moments, including speaker panels, networking sessions, and exhibitor booths. Balancing wide crowd shots with intimate speaker close-ups, all under varying lighting conditions, required precise coordination and flexibility.

To deliver a comprehensive visual story, we employed a multi-camera setup, including stabilized handheld rigs for crowd coverage and telephoto lenses for speaker highlights. Strategic lighting ensured consistency across all environments. Real-time social media clips, alongside high-quality post-produced content, created an engaging narrative that captured both the scale and spirit of the conference.
